Commitment to Digital Inclusion

At Vision Accessibility, we believe an inclusive digital experience is not a feature — it is a fundamental right. Our website is designed and maintained to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, and we continuously review and improve it.

Conformance Status

Specific measures we have implemented to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA include:

• Skip-navigation link allowing keyboard users to bypass the menu on every page
• :focus-visible styles on all interactive elements, meeting WCAG 2.4.11
• Semantic landmark regions: <nav>, <main>, <footer> on every page
• Dynamic aria-current="page" on navigation links
• Keyboard-dismissible dropdowns with Escape key support (WCAG 1.4.13)
• All images have descriptive alt text (WCAG 1.1.1)
• All form fields have associated labels and aria-describedby error associations
• Form status messages are wrapped in aria-live="polite" regions
• Colour contrast meets 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text (WCAG 1.4.3)
• Dark mode available with system preference detection and manual toggle
• Logical heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3) on every page
• All pages have unique, descriptive titles and meta description tags

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas still being improved:

• Some third-party embedded content (e.g. maps or videos from external providers) may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA — we are working to find accessible alternatives.
• PDF documents linked from some service pages are being progressively updated to meet PDF/UA standards.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this is the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA.gov). In the European Union, contact your national accessibility enforcement authority.
